Hand-built coiled pot, flattened oval form, recessed oval foot marked with concave radial flutes, upper quarter of rim cut away. Textured body, mottled light blue and grey/brown and with two groups of four concentric brown/grey bands encircling front of vase, reverse similarly decorated. White glaze. Mottling more pronounced on one side, significant areas of brown speckles especially around sides of pot, around mouth, and interior.
