GB. WALES. South Wales employment. Gossards. For over 100 years manufacturers of Lingerie in the South Wales valleys. 65% of the workforce have worked with the firm for over 10 years. Most of the lingerie is made by hand. The workers work in teams of 15 and work out their own speed of output. Birthdays are a major event celebrated by all. 1998.
