USA. CALIFORNIA. On the Doc Bar Ranch is a line of 40 year old Cadillacs half buried in the ground. They are exactly following the line of the San Adreas Fault and one of the few visible signs of exactly where the fault lies. They have now become a local tourist attraction and have been elevated to become works of art. Actually they were put there to protect the bank of the small river. 1991.

USA. CALIFORNIA. Parkfield route 48. James Dean died in a car crash. It is strange that, Americans, who seem so expert in exploiting anything for monetary gain seem to have missed out on this event. The monument on the spot he died was actually put up by the Japanese. 1991.
