Amethyst Form

, Dartington Crystal

Beebe, Jane

We’re working on releasing this image.

Sculptural form or vessel, amethyst coloured glass encased within clear glass, crescent-shaped vessel form with deep groove running from the underside of the base and up one side, creating a curved indentation that curls in towards the base; the rim is cut and polished, the surface is otherwise acid etched/polished, giving an opaque finish.

We have a duty of care to all our audiences. This website draws on legacy collections data. We recognise that some of this information may be outdated or discriminatory and we're currently working to review our records. If you have any questions or comments on an artwork, please contact us.
