Slop bowl, soft-paste 'duck egg' porcelain, with a slight green translucency, standing on a rounded foot rim, tapering outwards to angled sides; the interior decorated with a broad band of underglaze blue, reserved with three oval panels of flowers on a white ground, amid red and white chrysanthemum heads and gilt foliage, all edged with a salmon pink band bearing a wreath of gilt foliage, the exteriorpainted in enamels with an oriental landscape comprising pierced rocks, a bird, flowers and foliage above a fence.
