Full title: Dancing Grannies. ''Who says you can’t feel good and be sexy as a senior citizen''. The Dancing Grannies are a 5 member team in their early 60s to mid 70s. Although they kick and jump better than most 19 year old they are all grandmothers.

USA. ARIZONA. Sun City West. Jazz Aerobics. A positive aspect of American seniors is their realisation that the correct exercise is not only useful to prolong active life but is also fun. The Palm Ridge Recreation Centre Deer Valley Arizona is the latest in facilities. Persons aged 55 and above pay $500 for a years program. Many members are over eighty years of age. The aerobics class, three times a week never has less than a hundred members. 1997.
