Neckpiece

Freund, Elsa

We’re working on releasing this image.
×

Neckpiece, silver, comprising a wire circlet with simple fastening of interlocking hooked ends and a starburst pendant with twelve silver wire rays, the longest of these turned over at the end to form a loop by which it is attached to the circlet, all the rays with flattened rounded outer ends, their other ends fixed into the fired and glazed clay 'stone' at the centre of the pendant, a cabochon of crazed amber-coloured glass fused to this 'stone'.
