Milk jug, white earthenware body with a clear glaze, 'Cylinder' shape, with inset base, tall cylindrical body, the spout level with rim, the top of the handle is square and level with the rim, gently curving downards and attached to the lower third of the body; the body transfer-printed with the 'Magic Garden' pattern in black, blue, turquoise and green under the glaze with a freeform pattern of stylised, fantastical plants, insects and birds against a starry sky.
