Toast rack, bone china, rectangular base with vertical flattened foot rim, flaring ogee profile to plain slightly flaring rim, five part-oval loops assembled onto base to form slots for toast, the central loop having a raised section to form a handle; the interior of the base decorated with abstract flower motifs placed around the edge and a band of stylised leaves, both in pink under the glaze, plain band of gilding to the edge of the base and to the handle.
