GB. WALES. Criccieth. A century of fashion featuring clothes worn by the family of Lloyd George. The main dress was made for Lady Megan Lloyd George. The Shawl is over 150 years old, made in Paisley in Scotland this was the Shawl to aspire to rather than the common Welsh white flannel. The group are seen in the Criccieth Town Hall where David Lloyd George developed his style of oratory in local competition. 1986
