Pot, coffee and cover

Coffee pot and cover, earthenware, clear glaze, 'Fine' shape, slightly inset base with gently bevelled edge to foot, cylindrical body with concave neck tapering from shoulder, simple strap handle and long, gently curving spout, the cover slightly domed with flattened knop; decorated on the body, beneath the shoulder with the 'Queensberry' pattern, which comprises transfer printed vertical stripes of varying widths, excecuted with a sketchy, 'bark-like' or crayon effect, in ochre, black and grey, the upper face of the knop is printed in ochre.
