Plate, soft-paste 'duck egg' porcelain, with a greenish translucency; standing on a foot rim curving into flared spreading sides; centre of plate bears traces of having been transfer printed in black enamel with a genre scene of two boys sailing a toy boat near a waterfall with buildings and hills in the background; black enamel band to the lip and an inner grey line.
